These are proprietary intellectual property, delivered as customized digital materials upon confirmed payment. Because delivery grants permanent access to the underlying methodology, purchases are non-refundable once materials have been sent.

What we guarantee instead: that the delivered materials accurately reflect the information provided in your Client Intake & Customization Form — correct organization name, correct pricing band, and any specified content customization. If delivered materials do not match your intake specifications, we will correct and redeliver at no additional cost.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or adoption results, as these depend on factors within your organization's control, not ours.

Articulation Team carries the same policy, applied to its own delivered framework materials, independent of Expounsia's.

Onyx

Every Onyx engagement is individually scoped through our Engagement Scope Intake Framework before work begins, with an explicit Problem Statement and Scope Boundary agreed in advance.

Refunds: an engagement may be cancelled for a full refund at any point before work has formally begun. Once work has commenced against the agreed scope, fees are earned and non-refundable, consistent with standard professional advisory practice — payment reflects time and judgment applied, not a guaranteed resolution.

Our actual commitment: every engagement receives an honest, disclosed status at every checkpoint — Resolved, In Progress with a revised timeline, or Outside Current Scope, stated plainly rather than extended indefinitely. We do not guarantee that every problem will be solved; we guarantee that you will always know exactly where it stands.
