Onyx specifically provides strategic methodology only — not legal, accounting, tax, or medical advice, and does not substitute for your organization's own licensed professionals in those domains.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Vertex Privé does not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance improvements, or results from any tier of service. See our Guarantee & Refund Policy for what is specifically guaranteed.

Payment

All engagements are confirmed and paid via certified check. No payment is processed through this website.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Vertex Privé — including but not limited to the Expounsia workbook, Articulation Team framework, and any Onyx deliverables — are proprietary and licensed for use by the purchasing organization only. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside the purchasing organization without written consent.

Confidentiality

Information shared with Vertex Privé during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to deliver the engaged services.

Limitation of Liability

Vertex Privé's liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement. Vertex Privé is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our materials or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Vertex Privé shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latah County, Idaho.
